How long does delivery take?
All local deliveries we try to dispatch within 24 hours of your order.

If your item is out of stock then we do ask that you allow 28 days but we try to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, once you have made an order someone from our office will contact you to make final arrangements for delivery.

Delivery times are dependent on the model you have ordered, many of our beds are held in stock at our warehouse, others models have to be ordered in.

Can you take our old bed away?
We can arrange to take your bed away for a fee, however your local council should offer this service free of charge.

What happens if I can't take delivery on the agreed date?
If you fail to take delivery on the agreed date, a £45 charge will be incurred.

Will you take the bed upstairs?
Delivery is officially to the customer’s home address (front door).

What days do you deliver?
7 days a week!

How much does delivery cost?
We impose a minimum charge of £20, orders over £499 get delivered for free.

What if the goods are damaged on delivery?
Please take delivery of your goods even though they may appear damaged.

It is often the case that it is sometimes just the packaging and that the actual contents are fine.

In other cases it may only be one piece of the item that is damaged and as a result we replace this piece individually extremely fast.

We take great care to ensure that your order will be delivered to your door in a perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that a product you receive is damaged, please email us immediately to enable us to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What are your payment options?
There are 2 ways of paying for your bed - all online orders need to be paid via credit or debit card. If this isn't possible then you can pre-arrange with us to pay our drivers Cash on Delivery.

Do I get a warranty or guarantee with my purchase?
All products on this website come with a 12 month warranty against defective design, workmanship, or faulty materials. Certain products may also come with a manufacturer’s warranty which, extends beyond this period. In such instances we will endeavour to transfer to you the benefit of any manufacturer's warranty or guarantee given to us

Can I order from a real person rather than online?
Yes, if you ring our contact number 0151 494 0088 at any time and on any day, one of our Consultants will be only too happy to take your order over the phone.

How can I check on the progress of my order?
You can call our customer service line at our normal opening hours, quoting your booking reference.
